Amazon is about to give Alexa a major brain boost! They’re swapping out Alexa’s current AI smarts for a supercharged version powered by Anthropic‘s AI, Claude. This new AI is way smarter and more natural, making it easier to chat with and get stuff done.

It hasn’t been a smooth ride for Amazon. They’ve faced some challenges developing this new Alexa, but it seems like they’ve finally cracked the code. The Claude-powered Alexa is reportedly way better at understanding what you’re saying and responding in a more human-like way.

Amazon is also considering charging a monthly fee for this upgraded Alexa, but they haven’t confirmed anything yet. They might still offer a free version, but we’ll have to wait and see.
