Yamaha has upgraded its electric bicycle lineup with the introduction of the Wabash RT and CrossCore RC models.

Yamaha‘s PWSeries ST mid-drive motor is included in both versions. The two bikes have a top speed of 28mph and are built on solid frames. The Wabash RT is an off-road electric bike, whereas the CrossCore RC is a regular road running electric bike.

These Bicycles is the company’s division dedicated to the development of electric bikes, and it claims that both models represent the company’s higher values of producing useful and efficient models.

Electric bicycles are becoming more popular as exercise and mobility tools, according to the company, and the two e-bikes will be handy in a variety of situations.

The 500W PWSeries ST motor delivers four degrees of pedal help, allowing you to reach a top speed of 28mph. Four sensors, including torque, crank cadence, wheel speed, and bike angle, work together to determine and apply the exact amount of power needed when riding.

Both motorcycles are vastly improved over the original Wabash RT and CrossCore RT models from 2019. They also have their own unique inventions and features that help them stand out in their respective market categories.

According to pricing and availability information, the Wabash RT will cost $4,099, while the CrossCore RC will cost $3,099. The two variants will be available in the summer and will come in a range of colors.
