In today’s digital world, data is one of the most valuable assets. Losing important files due to hardware failure, viruses, or accidental deletion can be a nightmare. This is why having a backup strategy is crucial. To celebrate World Backup Day, Western Digital is offering some great deals on its products until March 31st.

One of the most exciting promotions that Western Digital is currently offering is a FREE case with the purchase of My Passport products, including My Passport, My Passport for Mac, My Passport Ultra, and My Passport Ultra for Mac. What’s more, customers will receive an additional year of limited warranty for free. Additionally, customers who purchase eligible products during the promotion period can receive a free extra year of limited warranty. For example, if you buy a product that includes a 2-year limited warranty, Western Digital will extend it free of charge to a 3-year limited warranty.

Western Digital is also offering discounts on some of its products during the World Backup Day sale. Currently, the WD Elements SE SSD is now starting from just $49.99 instead of $74.99 and is available in 480GB, 1TB, and 2TB options. This pocket-size portable SSD is up to 3x faster than a portable HDD, with read speeds up to 400MB/s. Its compact design and drop resistance of up to 2 meters make this the perfect drive no matter where you are. Additionally, the WD Elements SE SSD comes with a 3-year limited warranty that can be extended to 4 years if purchased through March 31st.

It is also durable, with up to two-meter drop protection and IP55 water and dust resistance. The SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD V2 comes with a 5-year limited warranty.

My Passport is formatted for Windows 10/11 to deliver plug-and-play storage out of the box, and with WD software, you can also download the NTFS driver for macOS.

If you’re looking for a high-capacity NAS system drive, the WD My Book desktop storage is an excellent option. It comes in options up to 22TB and ships with WD’s backup software to back up your photos, videos, music, and documents.
