Tami Erwin, the CEO of Verizon Business, has stated that she will step down at the end of 2022, with no successor yet named.

Erwin stated on her LinkedIn feed that she had worked for Verizon for 35 years, including at mobile operator AirTouch, although she did not give a specific reason for her departure.

The move comes after Verizon informed customers that some business lines would be subject to price hikes to assist address growing inflation costs.

In 2018, as part of a larger restructuring exercise, CEO Hans Vestberg named Erwin to lead the business division. Ronan Dunne was named to manage the consumer group, however, he stepped down to become a strategic adviser to Vestberg.
