For fans of Tim Burton’s gothic masterpiece, “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” the wait is almost over. LEGO has unveiled a stunning new set that brings the enchanting world of Halloween Town to life in brick form.

Priced at a hefty $199.99, this 2,193-piece set is a labor of love for both LEGO enthusiasts and Burton aficionados. The centerpiece of the set is a meticulously detailed recreation of Town Hall, the iconic structure that dominates the film’s landscape. Jack Skellington’s spooky abode and the towering Spiral Hill are also included, offering endless possibilities for imaginative play and display.

LEGO has spared no expense in capturing the essence of Halloween Town. The buildings are intricately designed, both inside and out, with removable roofs for easy access. A walking bathtub, a ghoulish green fountain, and a versatile graveyard that can be transformed from Halloween to Christmas add to the set’s charm and replayability.

The minifigure lineup is equally impressive. Jack Skellington comes equipped with extra-long legs to accurately reflect his towering stature, while Zero, the adorable ghost dog, makes his LEGO debut as a custom-molded piece. The Mayor, a brick-built figure, sports his signature two-faced head, and the set also includes minifigures of Sally, Santa Claus, and the mischievous trio of Lock, Shock, and Barrel.

While the price tag may give some fans pause, it’s worth noting that this set is a fraction of the cost of that 13-foot Jack Skellington statue from Home Depot.

The LEGO Disney’s Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas set will be available for purchase on September 6, or September 3 for LEGO Insiders.
