One tap on this, and the song will be instantly added to your “Liked Songs” playlist on Spotify.

For first-time users, linking your Spotify account with Instagram is required. Once you’ve done that, though, adding songs becomes a seamless, one-tap experience. The feature is currently being rolled out globally, meaning if you don’t see it yet, it’s on the way.

While Instagram’s integration is new, it’s worth noting that TikTok already rolled out a similar feature last year. TikTok’s version allows users to not only add songs to Spotify but also to other streaming services like Apple Music and Amazon Music.
