Remember that time Google decided to ditch the ability to see old versions of websites? Yeah, it was a bummer. But guess what? There’s a happy ending!
Thanks to the Internet Archive, you can now see those old website versions again, right from Google Search. It’s like a time machine for the web!
How does it work? Simple. Just do a regular Google search, then click on the three dots next to the website you’re interested in. You’ll see an option to “See more about this page.” Click that, and you’ll find a link to the Wayback Machine. You’re now looking at an archived version of the website.
Why is this cool? Well, websites change all the time. News stories get updated, blogs get edited, and sometimes stuff just breaks. With the Wayback Machine, you can see how a website looked in the past. It’s like peeking back in time on the internet!
