Apple TV+ today held a global premiere event for its upcoming thriller series “Now & Then,” at the Cinemex Antara in Mexico City. The series is set to premiere globally on May 20, 2022, exclusively on Apple TV+.

The series will explore the differences between youth aspirations and the reality of maturity when the lives of a group of college best friends are forever transformed when a celebration weekend ends with one of them dead. It will be set in Miami and shot in English and Spanish. Now, 20 years later, a threat threatens their seemingly ideal worlds, forcing the remaining five to forcibly reunite.

The series was created by Ramón Campos and Gema R. Neira of Bamb Producciones. Neira and Campos, along with their crew, serve as showrunners, and the series is written by them. The show’s executive producers are Teresa Fernández Valdés and Gideon Raff, who also directs.
