Tom Hanks’ upcoming film “Finch” will set to global debut on Friday, November 5, 2021, on Apple TV+ reported by Apple Original Films on August 12, featuring stars Tom Hanks and Screen Actors Guild Award winner Caleb Landry Jones who recently won the best actor at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival.

Hanks’ follow-up to the hit Apple Original Film “Greyhound” is filmed by Miguel Sapochnik and features an original script by Craig Luck and Ivor Powell, who is making his feature-film writing debut. Kevin Misher, Jack Rapke, Jacqueline Levine, and Powell are the producers of the picture. Academy Award winner Robert Zemeckis, Luck, Sapochnik, Andy Berman, Adam Merims, and Jeb Brody serve as executive producers.

“Finch,” from Apple Original Films, is a collaboration between Amblin Entertainment and Reliance Entertainment, as well as Walden Media. Imagemovers and Misher Films collaborated on the film “Finch.”

A man, a robot, and a dog form an odd family in “Finch,” a compelling and touching story about one man’s mission to ensure that his beloved canine companion is cared for when he passes away. Finch, a robotics engineer and one of the few survivors of a cataclysmic solar event that has left the world a wasteland, is played by Tom Hanks. Finch, on the other hand, has created his own universe, which he inhabits with his dog, Goodyear, who has been living in an underground bunker for a decade.

When he can no longer watch over Goodyear, he builds a robot, played by Jones. Finch tries to teach his creation, Jeff, the joy and wonder of what it is to be alive as the three embark on a perilous adventure through the harsh American West. As difficult as it is for Finch to persuade Jeff and Goodyear to get along as it is for him to manage the hazards of the new world, their road trip is packed with both problems and fun.
