Apple announces powerful Apple TV 4K with A15 Bionic chip and updated Siri Remote

Apple announced today a new Apple TV 4K model with the A15 Bionic chip, HDR10+ support, and an updated Siri Remote for $129.

According to Apple, the A15 Bionic chip gives the Apple TV 4K “faster performance and more fluid gameplay.” Apple TV 4K now supports HDR10+ for better video playback. The updated Siri Remote with a USB-C port is also included with the new Apple TV 4K.

The new Apple TV 4K is available in a 64GB Wi-Fi configuration for $129 and $149 for a Wi-Fi and Ethernet configuration of a 128GB model. The new Apple TV 4K is now available for pre-order, with shipping set to begin on Friday, November 4, 2022.
