Apple Music fans, rejoice! The much-anticipated Apple Music Replay 2024 is finally here, and for the first time, it’s accessible directly within the Apple Music app. Users running iOS 18.1 or later can explore their listening stats right from the Home, New, or Search tabs, eliminating the need to visit the dedicated Replay website. If you’re on an older version, you’ll still need to head over to Replay’s site.

This year, Replay isn’t just a rehash of your top songs and artists—it’s packed with detailed insights and some exciting new features. You can now see if you’ve ranked among the top 500 or 1,000 listeners of your favorite genre or artist, track the number of consecutive days you used Apple Music, and review monthly breakdowns of your listening habits. Want to know when you first obsessed over your top song or album? Replay’s got you covered there too.

If you share your Apple Music account and your Replay is cluttered with tracks you didn’t personally play (looking at you, parents with DJing toddlers), Apple offers solutions to clean up your stats. This includes enabling the Use Listening History feature to ensure your Replay reflects your preferences accurately.

It’s not just listeners benefiting from Replay 2024. Artists can now access insights about how their music performed throughout the year, including total listener minutes, most popular tracks, and even their most Shazamed song. These tools give creators a better understanding of their audience and listening trends across the globe.

The feature goes beyond being a playlist. Subscribers get a personalized highlight reel to celebrate their year in music, with visuals optimized for sharing on social media. Replay updates continuously, allowing fans to track their evolving stats until the end of the year.

By seamlessly integrating Replay into the app and adding these fresh features, Apple has stepped up its game, making the year-end review more interactive and accessible. Whether you’re a casual listener or a superfan ranking high in your genre’s leaderboard, Replay 2024 has something for everyone. Start exploring and relive your 2024 soundtrack today!
