At WWDC 2021 online event, Apple announced its 3D Object Capture API to simplify the process of capturing 3D assets. But according to Apple technology, it will become more powerful if Apple uses its machine-learning technology and tune with the integration of LiDAR hardware to help to capture traditionally challenging surfaces.
