Anker announced its latest flagship product, the Prime 240W GaN Desktop Charger. This cutting-edge device is capable of fast-charging a 16-inch MacBook Pro, marking a significant milestone in the world of charging technology.

The new 240W desktop charger is the centerpiece of Anker’s highly anticipated “Prime” gallium nitride (GaN) charger lineup, which was officially announced in June. The charger is now available for pre-order on both Amazon and Anker’s official website for $199.99, with estimated shipping dates slated between September 18th and September 30th, 2023.

One of the great features of the 240W charger is its impressive fast-charging capabilities, supporting up to 140W charging specifically designed for seamless compatibility with the 16-inch MacBook Pro. This remarkable charging speed not only minimizes downtime but also ensures that power-hungry devices can be fully charged in the blink of an eye.

Accompanying the flagship 240W charger is the upgraded version of last year’s PowerCore 24K battery bank. This improved model now boasts a larger 27,650mAh pack, providing users with even more power on the go. The new 250-watt Anker Prime power bank comes with an added convenience – it can dock on top of a new charging base that doubles as a 100-watt desktop charger. This dual-functionality enhances usability, allowing users to charge both their devices and the power bank simultaneously.

To streamline the charging process and deliver optimal results, the 250-watt battery bank is equipped with a state-of-the-art Anker mobile app. Through Bluetooth connectivity, users can enjoy benefits such as optimized charging, real-time monitoring of charge status, and even an audible alert feature to locate the battery bank when needed.

The Anker Prime 250-watt power bank is now available for pre-order on Amazon and Anker’s official website at a price of $179.99. The estimated shipping dates are set between October 23rd and November 9th. The accompanying charging base, sold separately at $69.99, is set to start shipping on August 11th, 2023.

Recognizing that one size does not fit all, Anker offers a range of options to cater to diverse needs. For users seeking a more compact solution, there is the Anker Prime 130-watt power bank available on Amazon and Anker’s website for $89.99. For those looking for a mid-tier option, the 200-watt version is available on Amazon and Anker’s website for $129.99, and both models are compatible with the new charging base.

Anker is also revisiting some of its successful releases from last year, including a 100-watt wall wart featuring flippy power pins and two USB-C ports, accompanied by a single USB-A port. This versatile wall charger is priced at $84.99 and can be found on both Amazon and Anker’s website. Additionally, a lighter 67W version is available at $59.99 on Amazon and Anker’s website, offering a more budget-friendly alternative for users [10% discount code available on both retailers for a limited time].

For users who prefer the convenience of the Anker power station with pop-out AC ports, they will be thrilled to discover a new version capable of supporting a total of 140W charging. This updated power station also comes with a neat little status screen, adding a touch of modernity and user-friendliness. The Anker power station is priced at $109.99 and can be purchased from both Amazon and Anker’s official website with a 10% discount code (both) for a limited time.
