One of the standout additions is the Kindle Colorsoft Signature Edition, Amazon’s first color e-reader, and it’s generating quite a buzz. The entry-level Kindle and the updated Kindle Paperwhite are already available, while the new Colorsoft and the updated Kindle Scribe are coming soon.

Priced at $109.99 (with ads), this 6-inch e-reader now boasts a 300ppi display, a brighter backlight, better contrast, and USB-C charging. It’s lighter than before, and there’s a new matcha green color option in addition to black. Expect faster page turns and a battery life that lasts up to eight weeks on a single charge. You can find it at Amazon or Best Buy. If you prefer to avoid ads, the ad-free version is available for $129.99.

The Kindle Paperwhite got a solid upgrade as well, with a 7-inch display, improved contrast, and page-turn speeds that outpace the previous version. The Paperwhite now lasts up to three months on a single charge, and you can get it in colors like black, raspberry, or jade. It starts at $159.99 with ads, or $179.99 for the ad-free version. The Signature Edition of the Paperwhite, which offers wireless charging and auto-adjusting light, is available for $199.99 at Amazon and Best Buy.

For the first time, Amazon is introducing color to its Kindle lineup with the Kindle Colorsoft Signature Edition, launching on October 30th. Priced at $279.99, it features a 7-inch color E Ink display that brings out vibrant hues, perfect for books with illustrations like comics and travel guides. This model also offers waterproofing, wireless charging, and a battery that lasts up to eight weeks. You can preorder it now from Amazon and Best Buy.

The new Kindle Scribe is set to launch on December 4th and starts at $399.99. It’s designed with a 10.2-inch display and an improved stylus, making it ideal for note-taking. A new feature called Active Canvas allows users to write directly on PDFs and e-books, with the ability to flow text around your notes. Plus, a new AI-powered tool will help summarize notes into bullet points, making it perfect for students or professionals. Preorders are available now on Amazon.

These new devices reflect Amazon’s push to keep Kindles at the cutting edge of e-readers, whether you’re after a color screen, faster page turns, or enhanced note-taking features.
