The assistant now retains context from your past interactions, meaning it can seamlessly continue a conversation without you needing to rehash details each time.

The new recall feature means that Gemini AI now keeps a memory of your discussions, allowing it to build upon previous exchanges. Not only can you resume conversations effortlessly, but you can also ask the AI to summarize past chats, providing you with a quick refresher on key points.

Gemini’s new feature offers substantial benefits, Google is also keen to maintain user control over personal data. Users can now review, delete, or manage their Gemini chat history at any time. By selecting your profile picture in the top right corner of the Gemini app and clicking on “Gemini Apps Activity,” you’re empowered to manage your digital footprint.
