Stop the use of tobacco and drink moderately

Eliminate the use of tobacco: there are a lot of negative effects of smoking, like a higher risk of infertility and erectile dysfunction. Eliminating the use of tobacco would be a great choice.

Limit the consumption of alcohol: the CDC recommends that men should limit their intake to 2 drinks a day or less.

Protect your mental health

Men should keep in mind that their mental health is equally important as their physical health. Here are some of the things you should do in order to take care of your mental health:

  • You should take care of your sleep cycle. Many adults need 7 hours of sleep.
  • Find things that destress you. You can exercise, spend some time in nature, or socialize.
  • Talk to other people: loneliness is one of the things that can severely affect your health, and some of the time, a romantic relationship is not the answer to this problem. Find people who make you happy and spend time with them. You will see the difference.
